Robinsons-may, ticketmaster Ripoff unfair chances for everyone with ticket sales Temecula California

Robinson's-May in our area is the only ticket master contractor in our town, thier corp policy is to open at noon yet ticket master releases the sales of certain concert tickets at 10 am, i n our case we had 10 paeople who wanted tickets to a concert that is extremely popular and was sold out by noon because Robinson's-May refused to open thier ticket sales before noon no one in out town had a chance of buying decent tickets or eneded up with tickets behind the stage where there was no view, I complained to the Executive managed regarding thier not serving our community fairly and was told too bad, you have other options and we don't want to pay an employee to come in at 10am when the tickets went on sale yet when I got there at 10, there was the ticket lady standing there doing nothing for 2 hours, was she working for free? Some of us can't afford a long distance call or don't have computers to go on line to buy tickets and Robinsons May simply does not care. We could drive 40 miles in either direction to another ticket master, but guess what the 2 nearest ones are also Robinson-May outlets and open at noon which makes the trip useless. I contacted Ticketmaster and they are both pointing fingers at eachother stating it it the others fault. I have now applied for a protest permit and being that I don't have to work I have all day to protest in front of Robinson's May, I have 50 people going to picket this weekend in front of the store, and although it won't change the policy it may piss some people off. I figure if Rosa Parks can do it by herself I can too. If Robinson's May isn't here to service out community why do we need them here? We could put another store that cares about us in the building. I will spend everyday I can discouraging people from shopping there, thier customer service sucks!
