Today, I got a virus from an email. oops.
So, I went online to get a quick download of Norton Internet Security 2009.
I found a company that called themselves Robobargains.com.
Please note: I was at work, and now working in safe mode on my computer, waiting to get this link to remove the virus and get back to work.
12:00pm - I received the confirmation email at 12:00pm sharp approx 2 mins after ordering.
12:01pm - I called them just to stress the need of expedience in receiving the download link. He said, the order has not been processed but it shouldn't take no more than an hour. So I waited. 4 hours goes buy, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and still no email with download link. (I should have stopped by best buy)
4:19pm - I called again, stressing my concerns on the time I have lost on work and was told again, that the orders are run in batches and they havent been batched yet. Well what about my call earlier. (mind you this is a small company) After some excuses, he said I should expect the link within 15 mins.
4:53pm - I called again, he said this time, that they do not have that product anymore and my card won't be charged. (but they have all my credit info.) Why wasn't I told this earlier that day? When I asked that, he got kind of snooty and said they had 35 left and someone came and bought all 35, that happens in business you know.... really? (Even the free online shopping carts come with inventory options, guess they are using something cheaper?) :|
So, One full day lost at work, by choosing this company, and never received my software. I am now going to the store to buy it. THANKS ROBOBARGAINS.COM! Lets hope I don't see a charge on my card from them.
If you want to buy software online, please hesitate before choosing this company, because they may just take your credit card information and tell you later that they don't have the product.

Our downloaded products were handled by a third party company. They were never handled by Robobargains.com, we only advertised these products. We now no longer have downloadable or third party sellers on our site.
In addition, a customer's credit card information is automatically deleted from our servers after 14 days.
