This Roofer from Hell was contracted to work on four jobs, is been eighteen months and has not finished one of the jobs.
Has cause major damages in two jobs
Failed multiple time the Building Department Inspections.
One vent stack inspection failed five times.
Has been call multiple times to repair a leak on his job and was unable to repair the leak. Them claim the leak was on a different area and was paid additonal money to do this repair. The leak is still there and he has no plans to address the problem.
The Owner of this company is James Maghan and Pilar Maghan. The Qualifier is John A. Philisborn ( License #CCC1325613) The sales men are Yobanny and Julio Miranda a bunch of pathological liars.
Pilar Mahan was confronted with the problem I was having with all four jobs and her responce was " so what"
Total lack of ethics, completely incompetent, fraudulent.
The DPR was contacted about this incompetent company and they have not done a thing so far.
