James Curry runs ads on Craigs List and other sites advertising rock and dirt for all types of landscaping projects. He insists on being paid in cash. He showed up at my house with a dump truck full of rock and said he would be back with the other truck, but wasn't sure of the time, so he insisted that he be paid for the other truck in case I wasn't home. I paid and he never returned.
Within dozens of messages, calls, and texts, he would blatantly lie about deliveries. At no time did I ever get the 2nd truck full of rocks and he kept the money. This is theft.
I had previously ordered Fill Dirt from James Curry and regret it. "Dirt" should not have large rocks in it. I spent a lot more time working with the inferior product that James Curry delivered than if I hired a legitimiate company.
Cur Max LLC is not in good standing with the Arizona Corporation Commission. This should not surprise any body.
James Curry is the reason you should always be weary of ever using Craigs List.
He owes me $1500.
