Rock solid auto center and csa scam artists! criminals! mesa Arizona

 first off im going to say please save your time even dealing with these people they are scam artists and criminals this place should not even be open for bussiness and i want to do everything i can to get this out there.. i also contacted 3 on your side for help.. Well in 2008 i purchased a car from there which was the worst decsision of my life .... they sell you a warrenty and then when something happens says your not covered... shortly after i purchased this peice of crap car the air conditioning went out and they told me i was not covered by warrenty so i had to suffer in the hot phx weather bc at the time i was only 20 going to school and working and did not have the means for what they were asking for to fix it...

then my car started smoking everytime i would drive it i couldnt even drive on the freeway without getting stranded i took the car in many times to get serviced only to pick up my car 1-2 days later with the same problems..one time i picked up my car i had left a bag of clothes in the back seat when i picked up my car they had gone thru my bag and put my underwear on the stick shift i was humiliated and never wanted to go back there again i called my nana who lives out of town devasted that these people did this to me not only that but all the money i had been spending and my car was still smoking! she immediately drove all the way down here to talk to a manager absolutly nothing was done and they charged us more money to get the car "fixed" went to pick it up and guess what still smoking finally my nana got referred by someone at workl to a mechanic and we took my car there he told me that the car had a transmission in it that belonged to a elantra and that a seal was not the correct one for the car either...

my car was leaking gas and oils and was a fire hazard! he did what he could but said what he could do was only temporaly and recommended i get rid of the vehicle for my own safety... i took what he said and went on a search for a new car i found one i liked and wanted to trade in that haundai santa fe 2001 the guy who sold me the other guy didnt want my trade in after hearing everything taht was wrong with it he said he wouldnt be able to get anything for it and i was better off giving it back to the dealership .. so my sister followed me to rock solid auto and we left the vehicle there with a note and the keys..... never hearing from rock solid auto or csa - ive had the same number for 6 years....

couple days ago i got served to go to court and they want $4,660! for what that car wasnt even worth anything! i tried to call the finance company and i called 22 times leaving a vm and didnt hear back from them till the following day. a guy named mike called me and said he always wins in cases like these1 well not this time! bc im gunna fight this! this is not right he proceeded to tell me they are asking for $4,600 and i said why for what that car isnt worth anything? he said well actually we sold that car in auction for $2,000 so i said then why are you coming after me for $4,600 he could not answer that question he proceeeded to tell me that i needed to send in a copy of my paystub and maybe he can help me....

nope im not doing that im getting legal help and i also will do everything i can to get these scam artists on the news and internent for what they have done! i also called rokl solid auto to get my past service fees and what they serviced on my car they told me they would not provide me with that information! such bull!!!!! they also said i see you got a call by somebody today and they have your info these people are  tight knit and work as criminals togther even tho the finance guy said im sorry they did all that to you im just hear to get my money back!! they are sick individuals! i will win and i will make sure these ppl do not do this to anyone else! ( note this was a 2001 and its now 2013) this car is now 12 years old and is probably scrap metal right now!
