I paid $750 for this company to set appointments for me. It's been nearly a month, and not one appointment has been set.
The person who initiated contact with me was Catherine Seltzer. Her number is 413-728-5066. She hooked me with an email tailored to my business needs and she sounded very plausible.
My "project manager" was Christina, whose phone number is 714-887-8126. To date, she has sent me about 10 leads, none of which match the profile I filled out for my "customized calling list". She is now trying to tell me the contract I signed did not include setting appointments, although it clearly does.
I am totally frustrated and am unsure of my next step. I really cannot afford to lose the money.
