Rock Well Tiny Homes Kevin Lorimer, Charles Lorimer, Kevin Lie Via Prevee Scam, Fraud, Con-artist Phoenix Arizona

BEWARE ROCKWELL TINY HOMES!! I was almost swindled out of 10k! I responded to an ad posted on craigslist-Phoenix saying, you could invest in this tiny home startup business for as low as 5-10k. I was emailed a request to meet for coffee at a Starbucks of my choosing, upon the meeting I was told by Kevin Lorimer, that he is from Colorado and has over 30 years of architect experience and his business partner/brother Charles is an ex corporate lawyer. He told me how they don't need the money and that they have a banker friend, worth 12 million dollars!! wanting to invest 2mil for 40%. He went on to say, that he would rather start local with a smaller evaluation, said he struck a deal with Tesla for battery packs!!! and that he was in talks with the tiny house tv show to start filming!!! He said the name was trademarked, that he has offices in Europe and that they were ready to roll.

He later emailed me what seemed like a very professional financial packet, which included graphs, ROI, breakdown of building cost etc.. expected provit was to be 37k per unit, while they made the first 3 trial houses out of their own back yard!!! I was also sent a sample contract, with most of it being crossed out, as it was a previous contract and re-rwritten. Here's where it get's interesting, there was a name called Society Play House, claiming Kevin Lorimer was the sole owner of the website. This is a sadist adult website, that features live cam dungeon rooms!!!!  When asked about this, he said the lawyer must have used parts of another contract to create his!!! Also, the sample contract failed to mention the name of the lawyer who wrote it, or a place for a witness to sign at the bottom!

After investigating, I called the Arizona Corporation Commission and learned the name RockWell Tiny Homes, was inactive and had been PURGED FROM PENDING, meaning the name was filed and after 120 days, it went back to the public domain!! I then went to the address listed on file (The residence where business would be started) and saw a for sale by owner sign in the front yard!! I have found MUGSHOTS of Kevin Lorimer and a rapsheet a mile long just in AZ!!! This website helped me from making a HUGE financial mistake! This man has SWINDLED MANY from his adult websites and now, this is his new venture! Kevin Lorimer has many posts in regards to his is shady business practices and dealings, if you write this man a check, you will probably NEVER see or hear from him again!

Folks, this man is a professional, he was never pushy, always re assured me, that I didn't need to continue with the deal if I didn't want to. The financial packet could pass for professional and the contract was good enough to fool those who may not know what to look for. He drives an older 7 series silver BMW. His operation/house is located on 24th st in Phoenix, in a ROUGH area, where he claims it is his offices and place of business.....

In addition, he has multiple listings on Craigslist, all with differn't buy-ins and price caps!!!

DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! THIS A CAREER CON-ARTIST!!!!
