ROCKAUTO LLC they ripp you off on shipping & returns Madison, Wisconsin

 I needed some parts for my car so i found rockauto`s web site, everything looked good so i ordered the parts i needed. A few days later the parts were delivered, that`s when the fun started. The company shipped not only my parts but they also shipped the parts twice. i only needed 2 strut assemblies but they sent 4. so i called to send 2 back they told me i could but i would have to pay for shipping, they screwed up why would i have to pay to ship them back. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT THE COMPANY`S FAULT. not only do i have to pay to ship them back they also charged me to ship them to me. So i had to pay 60.00 for shipping when they are the one`s that screwed up. The company refuse`s to refund the shipping cost or to refund any part of it.  

     I would think that if the company made a mistake they would fess up to it & not charge you to send it back.BUT NOT ROCKAUTO!! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY . And the parts fit but they were not like they said they were,it took alot of work to get them installed. SO my advice to anybody who is thinking of getting any parts from rockauto is go to your local auto parts store unless you like to get screwed over by a company that does`nt give a crap about customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!
