Rocket Communications Unsolicited Charges Internet

I'm am writing for my mother: as I was visiting her in Louisiana over the 4th of July holiday, she asked me to look at her AT&T bill and help explain what the Rocket Communications charge was about. In a nutshell, my mom does not own a computer and can barely work her tv remote control. However, there was a telephone number under the charges and I called and had her removed from their database and had her number blocked from any future use of Rocket Communications.

I did ask the customer service rep how my mother came to be charged and of course, the rep was clueless but did facilitate in removing my mother's home number.
My mom still has to pay the $12-14.00 charge and the customer service rep stated that a credit would be applied to her phone bill next month. Not sure how Rocket is going to credit AT&T but, I'll play the wait and see game.

Luckily my Mom noticed the new charge right away and this was the first time it has appeared on her phone bill.
