Picked up newly purchsed vehicle with the PROMISE that the dealership would absorb all costs associated with repairing paint on front left fender and repairing all outlets in the vehicle at the same time.

I was also promised a loaner vehicle free of charge for this repair. The dealership has avoided repairing my vehicle for one month and is not returning calls or responding to certified letters to management.
