Rockland Nissan Unknowingly Screwed Over Blauvelt New York

I bought a preowned 2011 Nissan Altima from Rockland Nissan back in 2011 with about 12,000.  There are two cosigners on the loan One of the cosigners Mark and someone else drove an hour up to their house to sign the paperwork  The owner and Dan showed 4 people a clean car fax report with no issues nor accidents. In November 2013, I went to a Ford dealership to trade in the vehicle.  When they ran the car fax report there were 3 accidents on the report, 1 I had in November 2011 when someone hit me from behind (no damage on the car) and 2 priors with rear and left rear damage when I did not own the car those accidents were in New Jersey in February and April of 2011.  We were stunned and had no clue this car was in 2 priors.  Now that I owe close to $20,000 on the loan I can't get a new car and my car is only worth about $4-6 grand.  DO Not Deal with Rockland Nissan they are scam artists.
