*UPDATE EX-employee responds: Rockwell Financial Rips off Employees
Be aware of this company the owner and Vice President whom tries to distract you with her looks, tells you that this job pays $1500 base salary, for the first month and how good they are for doing so. Then makes you sign a contract if you want to work which states you will get paid the minimum wage as your draw, and if you don't make a sell you have to pay him money intead, this happens to many employees, since they rotate through them on a monthly bases. Do not fall for this scam read the contract before signing.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Rockwell Financial Rips off Employees
AUTHOR: anonymous - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Friday, January 15, 2010
This was a consistent practice of Rockwell Financial per strict orders of the Predident and Owner Brett Davis. He referred to it as his "Ponzi" scheme to get loan officers in to create the deals and in turn take the loan and close it by the management after firing the employee before the loan funds.
Rockwell Financial was also trying to Rip off Single Moms in he same manner with the Extraordinary Single Moms non-profit. It is to bad he had to prey on weak people and not actually learn to close loans himself.
