Rocky Boot Company Beware! they do not stand behind their product! Nelsonville Ohio

I have a pair of Goretex lined Rocky Hunting boots which I
purchased from Green Top Sporting Goods in Richmond, VA. I now live in Roanoke, Va which is about 3-4 hours from Richmond. I wore the boots once. They were left in my closet and the next time I went to wear them I noticed that the soles were deteriorating. They were literally "melting".

I contacted the Rocky Boot Company via email and they advised me to contact their warranty dept by phone. When I called the warranty department they told me that since the boots were over 1 year old they could do nothing for me. This company has no interest in standing behind their product. If the boots rot off your feet on day 366, they don't care. I will never buy another product from this company and would recommend that if your in the market for boots, avoid products made by Rocky Brands, Inc.
