After substandard contracting and negligance, Pueblo County Court ordered found Rocky Mountain Windows and Exteriors guilty of breech of contract and ordered to pay restitution. Jim Christensen refuses to make any payment to a United States veteran, stating he will wait out the judgments since the member is in the military, will move out of stat and will be unable to collect damages. Jim Christensen provided the court with delinquent bank accounts to avoid wage garnishment. SunTrust Bank and the county sheriffs office state the Jim Christensen has a history of advasive moves and has a list of creditors attempting to collect from him. The local news channel had a news story about his private $60,000 christmas tree ornimant collection; however he cannot make restitution as ordered by the court!?
