It's not often I find a company that is as bad to the bone as Rocky Point Travel. Not only have they failed to refund the money due this former customer but they are covering their asses with plenty of lies to get out of a paying their debt of a lousy $180.00 refund. I can only surmise that they are hurting for cash after ripping off so many customers, and I am positive that this is not an isolated incident.
I am going to scour the Internet for other complaints and will post them here and on other blogs as time and opportunity permits. Below is the dispute letter to Capitol One and below that is the refund receipt. As of today Rocky Point Travel Rip-offs are still fighting with the credit card company and are eventually going to lose this round. Stay far far away from this den of thieves as there are too many legitimate companies out there.

I am extremely surprised that this individual continues to post unfounded accusations that border on slander. Our company does not owe him a penny. He has retracted his comments before and they are still surfacing. We have been in business for over a decade and he is just trying to extort money from us. Since we would not cave in, he recurred to creating anonymous or impersonating messages. Please stop wasting people's time.

We are not going to continue glorifying this clown. He impersonates others (illegal) in order to extort money. We do not owe him a red penny and he continues to defame us by spreading lies and absurdities. Our record is impeccable for the last ten (10) years. You may want to read all our rebuttals regarding Raymond Michael Ambrosini. You will see how he attempts to change his identify everywhere but leaves one item behind: THE SAME IP ADDRESS. Raymond, grow up or get a job.
