We had this LIAR NAMED RODNEY "ROD" MCCLELLAN OF 20220 BOSTON WAY IN MODESTO, CA come into our church, talking about god and redemption and AFTER we welcomed him in, he convinced some other members that he could remodel their home to look like new. 

After defrauding our members of over $27,000 in promised but never completed home repairs, He SUDDENLY vanished when children started saying he scared them and touched them inappropriately. A sheriff showed up with an arrest warrant for fraud and violence. 

He's also being sued and possibly jailed by the IRS, State of CA and ICE(immigration) for illegal slavery practices with undocumented workers, He's a former drug dealer for the Mexican Mafia and con man who's about to go to jail for a long time for fraud, tax evasion and molestation.

HE IS VERY VIOLENT, CUNNING AND CRIMINAL MINDED. AND CARRYING ILLEGAL WEAPONS. IF SEEN CALL AUTHORITIES ASAP. I can't wait to testify against him.
