Rod Quass, 2 South Wine Bar, Ami Quass, Dawson Street Properties Dead Beat, No Integrity or Moral Compass Colorado Springs Colorado

Rod Quass holds himself out as a "christian", but in reality, he lacks integrity and morals.  I prepared business and personal taxes for Rod several years ago, and asked to be paid before I gave the completed taxes to him.  However, he didn't have the money at the time, and promised me, with a hand shake, that he would pay me within 2 weeks.  I never heard from him again until last year, when I took him to small claims court.  The judge asked us to work out a compromise, and I agreed to accept payment for the original tax work, without charging any interest, and Rod agreed to pay me within 90 days.  On day 90, I received a letter from Rod's attorney, that he had declared bankruptcy.  So instead of being a moral, ethical person, this is how Rod chose to deal with people he owed money to.

I decided to take Rod to court last year, because I discovered that he had just opened up a new business in Colorado Springs, called 2 South Wine Bar.  I figured if he could open a new business, he could certainly pay me the money he owed me.  WRONG!  That would mean that he had some ethical code that would make him want to pay his debts, instead of the dead beat he actually is.  I wonder how many people he also owes money to, that trusted him?  

I am asking everyone who reads this to NOT do business with Rod, his wife Ami Quass, or their business, 2 South Wine Bar.  Why support someone who is out to screw people every chance he gets, calls himself a christian, but doesn't live his life as one?  How many other small business owners has he taken advantage of over the years?  And you can bet, he does not have any home or business under his name, he's an expert at not paying his debts!

Please pass the word to boycott Rod and his business.
