Rod W. Gore, D.D.S. Dental Office of Scottsdale, Arizona employs dentists on its staff (Dr. Basilois [Bill] Costaras) who have been sued numerous times by patients for dental malpractice, provide "substandard care and incompetent dental treatment" according to the Ohio Dental Board, and have been sued by the federal government for unpaid back taxes.
