Rodney Currington Skipped out on Rent and Utility payments Queen Creek, Arizona

For all of you subcontractors who are looking to get paid for services
rendered from Rodney Currington - good luck.  Rodney rented my Gilbert
home from me in 2008-2009 and ended up skipping out on thousands of
dollars of payments for rent and utilities.  The story sounds familiar -
he stopped communicating with me and I ended up having to pay all of
the bills on my own. 

I filed a lawsuit against Rodney in Maricopa County small claims court
in late 2009 and won the case due to Rodney's complete lack of
communication with the courts even though he was served and was fully
aware of the proceedings.  I was awarded the thousands that I paid due
to Rodney skipping out but I have yet to collect from him because he
refuses to live up to his financial responsibilities.  I retained a
collection agency to go after him in 2010 and I still have not received a
dime. 

If you are a business or an individual please do yourselves a favor -
do NOT do business with Rodney Currington.

UPDATE:  I posted a similar statement on Rodney's blog this morning (http://propertypresaz-wyzecurr.blogspot.com/) and of course now it's gone and he has disabled the "comments" feature.  This guy is a crook - plain and simple.  Avoid him at all costs.
