I was hit from behind by w teenager who was apparently using his parents car.I have never been in accident woo when the polite boy offered an insurance policy piece of paper and told me he was just coming from store and was heading home,and he didn't have his licence.I accepted the paper and wrote down policy number and since it was not bad I didn't call police. I called insurance company and they said they would send someone a.s.a.p. That was over 7 months ago. After they found out I didn't get driver information, they tell me they wont pay for my damage. When they thought I had all the correct info they stopped working with me at all. The last straw now is, they sent me a letter saying just that........since I don't have all the correct information they wont pay for the damage that the car they insure did to my car even though it was the car owners fault. Please help me in getting some justice
