HERES AN UPDATE....

At our last board meeting 6-9-15 we had two new board members William Brown and Ben Gartz. For the first time in over 7 years it looks like we may have a couple guys who arent gong to let Board member James Krajcik run the board and the property. This property has been run by 1 individual for years and hes had help from Vicki Smith and Lisa Hilfiker who also feel that we work for them.

The two new board members have put a stop to the Richmark Gutter Companys piss poor work and are bringing out another contractor to inspect the work. I do know for sure there are a number of issues and these two young men have seen them also.

Upon an inspection that was only done by my exposing this crappy work, it was clear the two new board members not onloy saw the Richmark Gutter Companys piss poor work but also watched it done to their homes as well..

Besides this I've heard that both these board members whom have lived on the property also have had piss poor treatment also from Real Property Management which is very common.

I was shocked but really not shocked to find out that a $100,000 gutter contract was given out by then the board president James Krajcik whos friend Roger Lewis is Richmarks salesman and resident here also. Not only that the project is divided into 3 sections done over 3 year and at the half wway mark when asked at the board meeting whos overseeing the work and making sure it was done properly not one d**n person on the board or for Real Property Management obviously never thought of having the job checked as they went..

HMMMMMMMMM

A 100k plus project and were not going to inspect the work???

Were paying Real Property Management around 50K a year to selective enforce people they and the the board president dont like. Then they have been in pretty much complete control with no real accountability UNTIL NOW.

I'm told by sources Vicki Smith and Lisa Hilfiker tried to take charge with the new board members and were quickly put in their places...

The part thats sad is James Krajcik stepped down from the board as board president because the heta was getting to hot.

1- PISS POOR BOARD MEMBER WHO LIES AND LOVES TO RETALIATE...

2- CONTRACTS GOING TO FRIENDS AND NOT BEING INSPECTED.

3- BOARD MEMBERS RAISING QUESTIONS ABOUT MONEY AND WANTING AUDITS, HE AND HIS FRIENDS ON THE BOARD REFUSED TO DO.

4- ONE BOARD MEMBER WHO RECENTLY STEPPED DOWN HAD THIS TO SAY ABOUT REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT...

" We've used Real Property Management at Hilliard Commons since the community was built. They have consistently had problems including misspent funds, mis-treatment of residents, etc. I would not recommend this company for your property management or condo association."

Many residents have moved just because of the piss poor management and the piss poor board weve had for a long time. Many have also lived in fear of retaliation on the property because James Krajcik has had full run of the property along with his board side kicks and Real Property Management goons...

Oh yes I Almost Forgot...

As mentioned above James Ktrajcik stepped down as board president because he said it was health and other stuff. YET after being told he stepped down along with another board member being told the same, James Krajcik still remains on the board after all this..

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Hes allowed bids that wernt the lowest to be given to friends, selectively enforced rules, questions about money spent not answered, Has people living here in fear of retaliation, and yet we were told he resigned from the board and still remains on there???

MAYBE THE NEW GUYS ARENT AS SMART AS WE THOUGHT?

This week we've had two new additions to our condo board. It didnt take long for these two young ment to get involved in investigating my claims..

Within minutes the two young men confirmed what I've been saying for many months on here " The piss poor work I pointed out done by richmark Gutter company was crap"

On 6-9-2015 the board held their monthly meeting and it was quickly determined the problems I exposed were true and that something needed done. They decided to put a stop to Richmark Gutter companys work and bring in an outside company to inspect it. 

I was skeptical when I first met the new board members because so many have lied to try and cover up the piss poor work. But once the young men quickly admitted there was some serious problems with their work, it was clear they were headed in the right direction. 

Weve had several contractors already review their work and 100% confirm the problems I've pointed out with their work are very legitimate problems..

The sad part to all this is  Roger Lewis lives not  only in our community but on our street. What kind of person watches crappy work being done in their own community by their own company and doesnt give a d**n about his own community getting screwed over??  ROGER LEWIS - RICHMARK GUTTER SALESMAN DOES...

This poor neighbor has been dealing with this probelm for one year... STILL NOT FIXED....

The owner of Richmark gutter company called this neighbor several months back on a blocked number and told her they would be there quickly to take care of her problem. Hes had his crews out on the property doing work since then and still hasnt fixed her problems and other neighbors problems..

Northwest Building Resources - DBA- Richmark Gutter Company has now provided a letter from the Hilliard Commons Board President Jim Krajcik that is laughable...

If you Google Richmark Gutter company you will not only see the lies Mark Gifford posted but you will see contractors, neighbors, and more confirming their work was pittyful. Not only that the slobs left alot of trash behind including nails everywhere then tried to say they must have missed them because of the snow??? Problem is there was no snow and the pictures provided prove that.

Then they went further and lied so bad that when a lawyer sent them a letter to stop their lying posts and to remove it they sent me an apology letter after damaging my reputation and causing me great stress and mental anguish.

They couldnt defend their work I called them out on so they stooped to the lowest and made up brutal lies they knew were lies.

PLEASE PEOPLE--- Google- Richmark Gutter Company to read the truth.

I would not use Northwest Building Resources Inc / Richamrk Gutter Company or any services from their owner Mark Gifford. There are good gutter companys in the area who dont have to lie and do piss poor work...

Richmark Gutter Company is a highly recommended company. Please see this attached letter.  It basically states the Condo Owner's Board has been satisfied with Richmark's quality of work.  Additionally, work has been performed on budget and ahead of schedule. The Owners and the Board are satisfied with Richmark and have recently RE-HIRED them to perform additional work on all buildings for this project.  Everything has been performed as contracted.  

Issues discussed have risen from architectural problems that existed BEFORE Richmark ever showed up. The Richmark Installers have gone above and beyond their contract to apply "band-aids" to certain problem areas (at no additional costs) before they can get crews there for a permanent fix. There have been no issues with Richmark, the Installers, the pricing, the workmanship, or the materials used.

Please read the attached letter written and agreed on by the people in charge of (and paying for) this project.

BEWARE PUBLIC- DO YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES SLOPPY WORK AND LIBELS SOMEONE WITH OUTRIGHT LIES   ????????????

Please take a look at the postings about richmark Gutter Company. You will see not only are neighbors unhappy but a lawsuit had to be filed because of Richmark gutter Companys owners (Mark Gifford) lied and slandered me to cover his being exposed for crappy work. But hey dont take my word for it read what neighbors have to say below and what other contractors have said about Richmark Gutter Companys pittyful work.

As mentioned above a lawsuit was filed because this man couldnt defend his crappy work he had to try and decieve the public into believeing i was a bad guy and he was just a victim. He even went as far as to have a lawyer write my lawyer a letter saying he was trying to get the websites to remove his slanderous comments and even tried to apologise after seeing a lawsuit was coming.

The problem with his theory is the websites will not and do not have to remove posts on their websites because the courts protect these sites because it becomes their property.So his lies will damage my reputation for years to come. It also has caused myself and my family a great deal of stress and mental anguish.

DEFENDING YOUR WORK IS ONE THING- LYING TO THE PUBLIC IS ANOTHER- BEWARE

If you look at all the posts below you will see the posts were done under the name Richmark Gutter and now being done under Hilliard Commons. The reason they recieved this contract because the board president James Krajcik is very good friends with Roger Lewis who is a resident of this property and very good friends of the presidents. Roger even told me numerous times " He didnt want to upset Jim Krajcik the president in fear he would pull the contract"

THE PUBLIC CAN CLEARLY SEE THE LIES THIS COMPANY HAS POSTED AND THE PROOF I HAVE PROVIED TO SHOW NOT ONLY DID THEY LIE AND SLANDER ME THEY LIED BY SAYING THE REASON A MESS WAS LEFT WAS BECAUSE OF SNOW BUT MY PICTURES SHOW THE DAY THEY DID OUR JOB IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL SUNNY DAY WITH NO SNOW ON THE GROUND....

Also my neighbor two doors down who had the gutter problems in the first place Laura Esterline a licensed realtor will be glad to tell you of the sloppy work and problems her gutters are still causing..

Oh yes... the did call Laura Esterline several months back to say they would be out quickly to fix their poor work i exposed them for and they did this on a blocked private number. As of today they havent repaired anything. Why call on a blocked number if you dont have anything to hide ???????

Rickmark Gutter company falls under their main business corporation Northwest Building Resources Inc. A quick google will see a reviw done on them 4 years ago -

"I wont buy from these guys EVER again.  They don't know how to treat customers!!"
