 Chaplain Roger Rustad administers rights to the dieing and makes tributes for the already passed for thier families. He has at least 1 if not 2 or 3 non profit charitable organizations which take donations. He takes donated rv's campers trailers ect and sells them to people allowing them to make payments. If they become late on thier payments no matter how much they have already paid total and illegaly repossesses thier home with all thier property in it and proceeds to resell it. He has done this to multiple people in multiple counties. He has no regard for due process. He takes the law into his own hands without regard to the laws he is breaking and justifies his actions with lies. He is a predator who takes advantage of the very ill and grieving family memebers. He uses his charity to aquire property to sell for unreported income to the irs. Beware of this so called "chaplain" and whatever you do make sure you get the title to anything you may purchase from him before handing him any money.
