On 4/13/18, a transaction on my bank account for the amount of $49.99 for some sort of product that I did not order. I contacted the company and they went on to say that they show a tracking where a product was delivered to my address. I spoke with my mail carrier and no product from this company was delivered and no one else in my household has ordered anything.
They are refusing to refund my money. They stated that I or someone using my information signed up for a free trial of some product from them and because it was not cancelled, they automatically charged my account. I went to their website and attempted to log in with my information and there is not even an account in my name. They are rude and a total rip-off. I have yet to get any other response as to whether or not they are going to refund my money.
