The person that file this entire complaint is:

Chris Kolanko and lives in Scottsdale Arizona, he owns AZ Gifts on Amazon, he formally worked at Tru Media.  Anyone buying from his online website should should look at the string of these reports and see what kind of person that you are dealing with.

Lets set the record straight.....

To be clear....I see other people online that are slamming you and using offensive language, even one individual that has gone so far as to pretend he is me and direct people to this report (claiming it is their own). Rest assured Andy, I am not that person, it is another person who you have obviously upset (big surprise). I have always been professional and 100% factual in my complaints against you.

Andrew Moquin you are a liar and you did threaten me....there is no denying that. I have the recorded message you left on my voicemail (and If i need to post that to you tube and provide a link online to all your potential customers, I will)

Again I will give you the opportunity to apologize and I go away for good, as do my complaints. I guess they never taught you to swallow your pride and admit fault in that trade school you attended. and Yes I will continue to attack your education (or lack there of) because anyone that has even stepped foot in a business school will agree that you have no ethics and you conduct business like a scumbag.

This person has repeatedly filed the same claim over and over again.  His outrageous claims and offensive language clearly demonstrates that he is an unstable person.

Yea....I made up all of this for my health, made up your cell # and your attorneys name too, just pulled it out if thin air, right Andy? So your denying calling and threatening me? Refusing my refund request (thats OK, my Paypal dispute speaks volumes....and YES I did get my money back!)....cant deny the IC3 complaints you have, the BBB complaints, or the Attorney General complaints. Im not the only one, there are many others you have scammed.

There are too many courteous, credible and legitimate jewelers to have to deal with this mans nonsense. The word is out, and I'm positive it has been and will affect your bottom line. Next time be nicer to your clients. Don't threaten people like a lowlife. Again Andy, could have avoided all of this by acting like a man, and not acting like a troubled high school dropout (like you are)

This is a false report and is also a hoax and was filed multiple times on this website.  Clearly Ripoffreport is willing to allow any crazy nut job to post whatever they wish on thi site. Not a viable or creditable website in the least as I can see.

We've searched our database and find no transaction in this customer's name. This report is found to be a hoax.  Rokstok and Andrews Jewelers are both members in good standing with the BBB and have "A" ratings by the BBB Online.

I reported this scumbag to the BBB. When he received the complaint, he looked up the phone number attached to my Paypal account, called me and said "You just messed with the wrong M*** F***." Then immediately following that message he texted 24 times in 6 minutes repeating "I'm a crazy m*** f*** and I'm a 4 hour plane flight away." Andrew Moquin texted me this same message 24 times in 6 minutes. His cell phone number that he is calling and threatening me from is (716-912-9444). He essentially is threatening to fly from NY to do me harm. I immediately reported this to the Buffalo NY Police Dept as well as my local Police Dept. Dont let this scumbag try and intimidate you. Only a fool would do business with such a lowlife unprofessional bully. Rest assured Andy, I am not intimidated, once again you have no idea who you are calling and threatening. The FBI has now been informed.
