Roland Elliot is a shady liar. I called him getting all the information from the website and schedule an appointment for a photo booth to be at my wedding. After I faxed my credit card to him I never got a confirmation, I had to call him a couple times to make sure this was really going to happen, which really was unsettling. Then I had some questions so when I would call and try to get answers it seemed like his line would completely break up. Not to mention he was short with the answers, and liked to talk very soflty
making everything questionable.

Well the booth showed up, I honeslty didnt think it would because from the get go, this guy Rolland never really showed any professionalism. So the pictures came out fine, but of course it broke down and we had to wait while the gentlemen had to fix it. Well time ran out and about the last 10 pictures were lost. It never got started back up either. I was not happy but I wasn't going to let it ruin my wedding night (which it did).

I also wasn't going to let the fact that in the contract that I faxed I had requested that the pictures have a banner on it that said our names, that was an option that was given. So that didn't work out either. No banner with our names. JERK

In the contract it said I would get a disk with the pictures on it. NEVER got it. I called Roland Elliot for weeks and he gave me the run around saying that the booth is still traveling and he hasn't gotten the pictures back. ??? this went on for months.

How unprofessional is it to just not doing anything about the situation, never getting a hold of me his client, to tell me I won't be getting a disk, sorry the machine broke down etc. HE RIPPED ME OFF!!

Every time I called him and brought up the fact that I never received my disc of pictures his phone would completely break up. This guys is a looser. Thanks for destroying a what was suppose to be an amazing time of our lives captured and now lost.

FYI I tried calling him one more time, his phone number has changed. And something odd, I swore he said he was based out of colorado. I noticed the address in SC.
