Roldine Lormeus DiDiBarz Scammer Squatted In Our House For Over A Year FL Boyton Beach

This girl turned out to be the worst possible renter we could have rented our house out to. First, she said she was going to be living in our home alone. Turns out she had over 9 different family members who secretly moved in the month that she did. She paid the first month's rent and the problems began almost immediately. Where do we even begin with this scammer?

When the rent was due on the 2nd month of the lease she refused to pay because she said she had lost her job at Subway and couldn't pay. We cut her a break and gave her a 2 week extension to get the rent. She still refused to pay rent. She never paid the rent except for the first month's deposit. We never received another check from her again for rent. 

When we sent her an eviction notice to get her and her 9 sloppy family members out of the house, they changed the locks on us and refused to open the door when we came to our own house! The yard was not maintained. The grass was 4 feet high. There were 2 broken windows. The back screen door had somehow been broken and removed. 

We went to court and had to get a court order to get the Sherrif to come out and physically remove these people after 6 months of not paying rent. They tried to squat in our house as long as they could. Turns out that she had used a fake name with us when we ran her background check. She stolen someone's identity She had done this scam several times before to other people and been arresteed for identity theft previously. Obviously that felony conviction should have shown up if she had given us her real name to check.

When we finally got inside the home it was a DISASTER. She and her family lived like PIGS!!! There was bottles of urine everywhere. The toilets were over-flowing and broken. Holes everywhere. There was feces on the walls. The carpets were stained to hell. There was drugs and paraphenlia strewn all over the place. Needles, cigarretes, crack pipes, and coke mirrors lay all around. 

DO NOT HIRE OR LET THIS SCAMMER LIVE IN YOUR HOUSE! HER AND HER FAMILY WILL DESTROY YOUR LIVES!!!!
