Rolla mfa oil knowingly added gas to my tank that has leak Rolla Missouri

I am a single man living alone except some weekends when my kids visit me. My house has a gas furnace and gas hot water heater and on 11/18/17 mfa added 200 gals of propane to my tank. My kids had not visited during the next month because of holidays and vacation days from school they were spending with friends and family so I was only person at home during time 11/18/17- 12/23/17 and it really had not been very cold to use furnace until the last couple days of this time period. Saturday evening on 12/23/17 I ran out of gas. My kids could not come stay with me for Christmas as planned cause no heat and temp were in 20s and on 12/26/17 when mfa opened back after holiday they delivered another 100 gals but before added to tank they agreed to run a leak test and immediately found a major leak. They then added the gas without fixing leak and when asked why they said have to wait til it warms up to fix leak! Now 12/26/17-1/4/18 my tank is empty and have no heat not to mention I have not taken a shower all week cause worried trying to save gas!
