Order for Rollabind refill sheets placed on 05 Feb 2012. Total cost $23.85. Email acknowledgement of order and payment received on 06 Feb 2012. Although I have left several phone (voice mail) and email messages, have received NO response.

Noone has ever answered the phone, just voice mail.

Today, 5 March 2012, requested arbitration through PayPal. Since I paid with PayPal and am within the 45 day period required by PayPal, I do expect to get a refund; however, I want to warn others about this ripoff.

Thanks to PayPal's complaint system, company (Rollabind) responded to me via email the next day (6 March 2012).

Order was shipped immediately and received on 9 March.
