September 14, 2009, ordered desktop punch from rollabind.com website ($59.95, charged immediately to my credit card). Site stated item was in stock, but it was not. I made several calls over the next two months to check on the order; each time I was told it would be shipping out within the week.

November 16, I canceled the order via e-mail and purchased a punch from Levenger. I was told I would receive a refund on my credit card.

February 15, 2010, still no refund on credit card. I have called a number of times this year to find out why. The first few times I called, I was told the refund would show up within a few days. In the last few weeks, I was told they have had problems with their billing, that was the reason the refund has not gone through, and they would issue me a check. That was over two weeks ago; no check.

Filed a report with the state Attorney General, Consumer Protection division. Two weeks later, received refund check.

Update: No results from BBB complaint

Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; as of 8/16/10 they tell me:

"BBB has made several attempts to contact the business regarding the above-referenced complaint.  We regret to inform you that we have not received a response from the company."

Not that I'm surprised. I see they have a number of complaints with the BBB as well.
