May 2/13- Ordered 50 1/2 green jelly discs with desk punch -

June 5/13 - not received - talked to 'john/juan?' who told me it was on back order (punch was delayed from China) - and to check at end of June

June 27/13 - not received - john/juan told me he was still waiting for desk top punch- when he had complete order he would ship

June 28/13 - recalled J/j to tell him forget the punch just ship my discs. No answer on 1 561 208 1421

July 2/13 - actually REACHED J/j - told him to ship discs, forget punch. He promised it would 'go out tomorrow - July 3/13

August 6/13 - talked to j/j today: he told me the office had 'moved' to a new address and that their computer systems had been done for 7 days. He had my order number but still gave me the same song and dance about shipping everything once he got the punches in: he had TOTALLY forgotten our previous conversation re shipping discs only, forget the punch.

I may be slow but now I realize that by delaying me with his sob stories and excuses, I have no recourse as I am past the point of resolution with paypal (45 days) and probably my credit card company as well.

It was not a large sum, but it is the Principle of the Thing and I don't want others to be ripped off by this j/j character!
