I answered Rolland's ad on craigslist and he sent the equipment to me a few days before the event, which I set up and tested prior to the wedding reception. I mentioned that we needed more paper for the printer and he said some was going to be sent out to me.

It was never sent out! Needless to say, we ran out of paper within the first 10 minutes and the bridal party was quite upset considering they bought plastic frames to insert the photos into. I had Rolland on the phone talking to the father of the bride. He seemed responsive and said a CD would be sent to the couple.

I returned the equipment to Rolland and am still awaiting payment from him. The wedding was June of 2008. I have informed craigslist and Paypal regarding his poor business ethics and have taken him to small claims.
