Rolling Oaks Mall DID NOT DO THEIR JOB san antonio, Texas

I was walking around the mall doing my exercising, when 6 teenagers assaulted me, i called the mall office for security and they did nothing, except tell them to leave.  I wanted security to detain them and call the police so i could file assault charges, and they would not do it.  You might know the name of the security company because they are on you tube, their name is Andrews International.  If a person cannot feel safe and secure in a mall, then why do they need security, because security can only tell you to leave and that is it.  The security guards name is Myers he is a black male with a bad attitude.  So why do they carry handcuffs on them if they cannot use them.

Besides i found out that this mall has alot of problems, because parents drop off their punk teenager kids and they cause nothing but problems.  This mall is not a safe place to go to.  You are better off going to North Star Mall.  Also the head of security does nothing but sit in his office all day, his name is Michael Dutton, and he brags that he used to be a cop.  Why do you think that hardly anyone goes there anymore, it's going down hill like Windsor Park Mall, and i got confirmation that the mall is not doing well because i called the corporate office for Rolling Oaks Mall and Leslie Swanson told me this.  Seriously go somewhere else.
