Romantic Gowns romanticgowns.com Stole my money! Dayton, Ohio

I ordered the 7614 gown over the phone from the Romantic Gowns website after having talked with several consultants over live chat on different days and receiving excellent customer service then.

Some time later I received a phone call in the morning from a representative claiming the site would be going out of business and that they could either refund my money or I could choose one of the dresses from a list of available gowns. I asked to be emailed the list just in case but let the representative know I would likely be asking for a refund. Throughout this call the representative was very polite and sympathetic, my only complaint was that they called at around 10 which was inconvenient for me.

After going through the list of links and confirming that there were no dresses I was interested in, I emailed my representative and let her know I would like the refund. She told me I should expect payment in 30 days and that she would have an email sent to me when the amount was refunded. 

Over a month later I tried calling many times over the weeks to contact them. Calls never get to a human being and emails are never responded to. The website remains up but nothing I did has worked.

Now, 2 months later I am still without success contacting them despite numerous messages, calls, and emails. I want my money back and am losing face in front of my fiance, in-laws, families and friends!
