RomexTravel In January 2013, I purchased two trips ,$586, from Brian at Romex Travel in GA and I was told that the cost of the trips and an additional cost of transfer fees $69 per person, would be required. Brian assured me I could pick destination. I paid in full trips via ACH from my Bank Account should have been a sign when they did not take a credit card. Days ticked away and I recieved a letter in the mail from Travel Center congratulating me on my trip purchase and a laundry list of terms and conditions for the trips. I had to activate the trip within 30 days, so I proceeded to activated the Cabo trip and paid ($136) the activation fees for this one trip. I was assured by Travel Center that i would only pay hotel taxes once we arrived at Hotel. I made several attempts to call Romex Travel after 60 days of no additional contact from travel center and I could not get Brian on the phone again, nor anyone else. I finally got a letter in the mail from Grand Incentives (FL). They wanted to congratulate me on my trips and to send respond w/ the enclosed form and $99 per person fee for processing fees and I had to send it all back via CERTIFIED MAIL. I called Romex to ask why was this not disclosed, again no response to my call. So I paid the processing fee. Then the next letter requested I send back in 30 days copies of my drivers licenses, so I sent that one as requested. Forty days later I have to send in my request of what day I want to leave and where. I never heard back for another 60 days and get a letter saying my certificate had been cancelled. I lost all that money and never received a vacation package. Atlanta Georgia

Brian assured me I could pick destination. I paid in full trips via ACH from my Bank Account (should have been a sign when they did not take a credit card). Days ticked away and I recieved a letter in the mail from Travel Center (in Maryland) congratulating me on my trip purchase and a laundry list of terms and conditions for the trips. When I called the operator always indicated that the supervisor is on vacation or in a meeting and it will be all day and someone would get back to me, well no call back after several attempts to call them. I called Travel Center and I did get live person and and no response to my emails. So I paid the processing fee. Then the next letter requested I send back in 30 days copies of my drivers licenses, so I sent that one as requested. Forty days later I have to send in my request of what day I want to leave and where. I did all of that.
