Telephone systems, Ron Cook Communications

Ron Cook advertises phone systems for sale in the Az Republic newspaper as "System, 5 phones, 6 lines, intercom, expandable. Many features. $395. (602)306-6857."

I agreed to purchase a phone system, gave a deposit of $157.94 and set an appointment. Ron arrived to install the phone system but the phones were not in the condition that was discussed and since I was not home, my wife asked that he come back when I would be available.

Since that time, Ron did not show up at the next two scheduled times and we finally told him that we could not do business this way and asked for our deposit back.

At one point, Ron returned my call to ask for my address to "Send a check", however, For the last several months, calls have gone unreturned and no check has arrived.

Ron has two phone numbers that go to the same voice mail.

Any help to expose this unscrupulous business practice to others would be grateful.
