This is what happened

Not sure just what she is going to sue me for, I made one or two calls to her, no response.

So, the client instructed us to attempt service at every address we or they could find that she may be at.

Turns out, she was her in Seattle all the time, avoiding our servers.

The process server that did get her served was the third one out there.

The prior week, she d**n near ran over one of my servers as he was attempting to serve her.

None of this was necessary at all. In the end, someone would have served her one way or another. Solberg, chose the manner of service, not us.

The reason she had a set of the documents already was from a server that attempted to place them on the windshield of her vehicle - He was lucky to have not been run over. In that case both we and the client felt that that would not fly in a court room as valid service.

ARRIVED AT SUBJECT ADDRESS AT 6 PM. SPOKE WITH NEIGHBOR WHO HAD JUST PULLED IN. I WAS STILL SPEAKING W/HER WHEN DEF. ELAINE SOLBERG PULLED IN BEHIND MY CAR ABOUT 6:10. I WALKED UP TO HER CAR AND SHE LOOKED CRAZILY AT ME AND SPED OFF. I ASKED NEIGHBOR IF I COULD PARK IN HER DRIVEWAY AND SHE AGREED. I SAT UNTIL 7:20 WHEN DEF. ARRIVED AGAIN. THE GARAGE DOOR OPENED AND I WALKED OVER AND UP TO THE CAR. DEF. BLARED THE HORN AND STARTED BACKING OUT. I SHOWED HER THE PAPERS AND PUT THEM ON HER WINDSHIELD AS SHE BACKED OUT OF THE GARAGE. I WALKED IN FRONT OF HER CAR OVER TO MY CAR AND SHE PROCEEDS TO BLOCK IN MY CAR. I WAS ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME WITH A FRIEND WHO WORKS AS A POLICE WOMAN IN SHORELINE. SHE ADVISED ME TO CALL 911. APPARENTLY SHE WAS ALSO ON THE PHONE W/911 SAYING THAT SOMEONE WAS TRESPASSING AND HARASSING HER. IT TOOK 10 MIN. FOR THE POLICE TO ARRIVE, I THEN GOT OUT OF THE CAR AS DID THE DEF. WE SPOKE WITH DIFFT. POLICE OFFICERS AND I EXPLAINED WHO I WAS AND WHAT I WAS DOING. THE OFFICERS EXPLAINED TO HER THAT SHE HAD BEEN SERVED AND THERE WAS NOTHING ILLEGAL WITH THAT. DEF. THEN STARTED YELLING AT THE OFFICER AND SAYING SHE WANTED ME ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING. THE OFFICER SAID THAT I HAD NOT TRESPASSED BUT WAS DOING MY JOB. I THEN WALKED BACK TO MY CAR AND THE 3 OFFICERS FOLLOWED ME AND ONE ASKED IF I WAS PLANNING ON COMING BACK OR IF ANYONE ELSE WAS G0ING TO TRY AND SERVE DEF. THEY REQUESTED WE CONTACT HER ATTORNEY SINCE SHE HAS RETAINED ONE AND NOT COME BACK TO THEIR RESIDENCE. HE MENTIONED THAT SOMEONE APPARENTLY HAD BEEN 'SULLKING' AROUND DEF. PROPERTY THE LAST WEEK AND MADE THEM NERVOUS. ALSO THAT THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN SERVED AND GIVEN THE PAPERS TO THEIR ATTY. I SAID THAT I WOULD FORWARD THE INFORMATION. WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET PAST THE POLICE CARS, AND OFFICERS, THE DEF. JUMPED IN FRONT OF MY CAR AND POINTED HER FINGER AT ME SAYING THIS IS NOT OVER YET MISSY, WERE NOT DONE HERE! YOU WILL HERE FROM ME AGAIN! IT WAS 7:45 WHEN I PULLED OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY.

End of story for us, but not for you, apparently
