BUYER/SELLER BEWARE. Ron Wynn Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage BRE #0042058 is as awful as they come. He was truly negligent and quite likely, professionally fraudulent.  He placed his name on a deal and then used an unlicensed agent to be the day to day face of the deal.  A classic bait and switch.  I had heard of this stuff happening in this market, but given his reputation, I was shocked to discover we were victims of this double dealing.  The buyer and seller tried countless times to reach him; he just went MIA on us.  He then inserted another agent to continue the deception and authorized him to further collude.   At one point he sent a missive thru a rep that we should try to sue if we were unhappy, and intimated that his nationally recognized parent company would pay for his defense and bury us.  Also, he hires his friends to do property appraisals that are fixed to be far under the actual value. Then he will lie to the sellers that their property is much lower value so he can sell it taking advantage of the home owners. Sleazy behavior all around.
