Ronald Swartz Mimibiz, LLC Products was defective and should not be sold according the FDA and the Manufacturer Boca Raton Florida

Mr Ronald Swartz offered us Alcon Eye Patch for sale in Kuly 2015. It was a two part offer .. 1st offer totaling 25,000 units 2nd offer totaling 50,000 units, we paid Mr Ronald Swartz and his company "Mimibiz, LLC" the full asking price for the 1st 25,000 units in addition we also paid a $ 5,000 deposit on the 2nd 50,000 units ... Sure enough we picked the 1st order and we shipped 23,000 units of the 1st order to our client as we were waiting for the next vessel to ship the remainder (2,000 units). While we are waiting for the vessel to Arrive to ship the 2,000 units (left over from the 1st order the FDA has sized the products and informed us that this is a defective products and can not be sold as we had a visit from Specail FDA Agent "Steve Hatch" ...I met mr Hatch in  person and he has infoemws ne tha Mr Ronald Swartz is not allowed to sell it as this product should destroyed and not to be sold to consumer .... upon this discovery we have contacted Mr. Ronald Swartz and asked to refund us the money of ($6,425.53) for 2,000 units that the FDA have sized and the $5,000 deposit we placed on the 2nd 0ffer of 50,000 units , but MR Ronald Swartz has refused and still is refusing to do so till this day.
