 If Nancy Snyder's comments doesn't tell you what type of person she is, nothing will. To say that she has a vivid imagination and would post such derogatory and slanderous comments about a worker, but she states, stayed over time to finish projects for her. That states a lot about the employee, and her comments State a lot about her as an owner! Needless to say that everything she stated about the employee is all a lie, I happen to be that employee. As far as selling her business I guess when you do that only four tax purposes, trying to avoid jail time for tax evasion. It was a pathetic place to work, an old woman seeking out sex from anyone she could get it from. She made the comment one day in the middle of a work day. That she can't even give sex away. One look at her and you'd see why. Once you talk to her you definitely know why. She has such a negative attitude about everything. You could give her silk toilet paper and s*** complain about it. She makes a lot of stories, lies about people who give their all for a job for her. And now her pathetic life is back to trying to be a nurse, or selling insurance. Her sister took over the business and it's nothing more than a tiny little print shop. Barely hanging on. To say that Nancy Schneider will die old and alone and bitter. She never really understood that her outlook on life, is what made life so bad for her.

As for me I don't do sign work anymore. I started writing, screenplays. Have sold several screenplays. I retired when I was 52. Nancy still pounds of payment for a paycheck. I have no mortgage on my home. Since I left that negative atmosphere of a job. I have prospered. I live a happy life being retired. I still write screenplays. I live quite comfortably now, and much more financially secure. In my spare time, I have become a helicopter pilot. IFly Medevac and search and rescue now.

So words for Nancy Snyder: stay bitter Nancy, you seem to like that! The rest of the world goes on without you, and is much happier knowing they have no association with you anymore. Just cuz you tell lies Nancy, doesn't mean it's true. One of your biggest downfalls is you could never see the assets you had in your workers. That's why everything you've touched has been such a failure. The only reason I'm writing this rebuttal, is 6 years later I finally see you're lying words and I think it needs to go on record for the world to know the truth. One thing in business, whatever happens in business is usually at the responsibility of the owner. So if an employee is making a bad recommendation or review about you. You should think twice about what you do, and maybe make changes to you as a person. And when you make those changes as a person it would then reflect in your business. Know that despite all your attempts to try to make my wife and myself miserable, it did not work. And to try to set us back in life, to try to suppress. We will be celebrating our 35th Anniversary soon.

I hope you read these words Nancy and understand, it's not meant to hurt you. But to try to help you. Nothing anyone did was ever good enough for you. That is your flaw. You could never accept anyone for who they are. I would wish you the best of luck, but like you said you don't believe in luck. I will say this to you Nancy, I really hope you find what will make you happy someday, hopefully before it's too late!

First of all the couple that posted these outragous Lies, are Vagabonds that travel  from state to state and pray on small businesses to feel sorry for them. I hired this couple because he said he owned a sign company but had to close it. Him and his wife lived in an RV.  I paid him above average for the industry.  His wife would come to the office and sit because it was summer and they had no air conditioner. He offered to stay late to finish jobs and found out they was staying overnight. He was very outspoken, bosted about knowing everything. He offended my women workers by his hateful remarks. I told him it was not working out and fird him. I found out that he had stolen my tools and equipment. I had to call police to get him out of building, I handed him his final check. Then I was inundated with calls from the Employee Rights, OSHA, IRS and other state employer entities. I went through all the audits of all and was found not guity of anything. I also called the police and found out this couple had several alias names and had did this same thing to several other small companies in seven different states. I have since received calls from a business in Arizona and Colarado. They did the same thing to those companies. Making false statements, trying to sue using sexual harressment, not being paid and other lies. I was so stressed, hurt and insensed that employees can make wrongful claims and statements that are out and out lies. It is a shame that when you try to help someone like that and they turn around and try to destroy you. I guess because they are so miserable they are out to hurt people. After that incident I am in the process of selling my business to my sister, because employees can be such a chalenage. I just seen this complaint because  I had not googled my name before.
