Rone Engineering Richard Leigh and Mark Gray REFUSAL TO PAY ON BREACH OF CONTRACT Dallas , Texas

Richard Leigh and Mark Gray refuse to honor their written word and have breached Rone Engineering's contract with Jan-Pro of Austin. Both Mr. Leigh and Mr. Gray are fully aware of their financial obligation to this outstanding debt, yet neither of them are willing to do something to honor it.

In the attempts made to collect the debt which is outstanding, Mr. Leigh has been less than cooperative, and the same could be said for Mr. Gray. As far as the contractual agreement that Mark Gray signed, he has no intentions of keeping his word, and has said so to that effect on numerous occasions.

Any potential customers or vendors that are considering doing business with Rone Engineering should do so at their own risk. Mr. Leigh and Mr. Gray have no qualms about going back on their word, even if there is an agreement in writing.

The fact that any company like this can operate in this manner is very concerning. Currently Rone Engineering is being called under review by all appropriate industry related state and federal agencies to make sure they are more responsible in carrying out liscensing requirements than they are at paying bills.
