We are having tax problems and owe quite a sum of money to the IRS and other tax agencies. We have contacted the office of Roni Deutch in Sacramento, CA (saw the ad on TV about getting out of paying full taxes). We called this office and discussed the situation. They are saying that they can get our tax debt down to $1000 to $3000 for a fee of $5000. Our tax debt is well over $40,000. However, when contacting the BBB of Sacramento, CA there is no history (only that they are a member). I contacted the bar and they are a member there. I would like to know if there are any sucess stories or if there are any complaints on this attorney. If I pay them $5000 and get ripped off then I still owe the IRS and am $5000 poorer.

Can you help or give advice on where else to look?

Thanks,

Jo

Greg Flahive Worked Hard To Help Clients

AUTHOR: Greg Flahive - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 19, 2014

Greg Flahive worked diligently to help the clients he represented with their tax problems with the IRS. Greg Flahive provided the best customer service he could to those clients that he represented. He did have a great track record negotiating tax settlements with the IRS. Some of the best tax settlements Greg Flahive achieved was while he was working for this law firm for nearly 10 years. Greg Flahive is sorry for any clients that may not have achieved the results they were hoping to achieve.

The State Bar of California Will Provide No Relief

AUTHOR: Useless - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, July 23, 2005

The State Bar of California has received more than its fair share of complaints regarding Roni Deutch. Deutch's former employee is 100% correct when stating that because Deutch eventually pays off those complaining, no charges have ever been filed or discipline imposed by the State Bar. When that happens, the State Bar uses the repayment as a justification for closing its file in the matter regardless of whether there actually is misconduct that can result in discipline. The State Bar does not require the cooperation of the former client in these situations and Deutch has violated numerous Rules of Professional Conduct and sections of the Business and Professions Code.

The State Bar is not a true regulatory agency or consumer protection agency as it is more concerned with generating numbers for the legislature in order to justify its existence. Thus, every case it receives on Deutch that it can close it will because that is another "number" that eventually gets reported to the legislature. On the other hand, if it is required to actually invest time and resources into the Deutch complaints then it is unable to close the cases and the numbers decline.

I am intimately familiar with the Deutch complaints at the State Bar and have seen how quickly and easily they are disregarded because they will require too much commitment and resources. Deutch's size and the number of complaints she generates are actually working to her advantage in this situation. State Bar management will turn a blind eye to large volume complaints against an attorney every chance it gets and find a justification for closing them.

Your best alternative is to pursue a civil action on your own or make a complaint to a true government agency that actually understands its mission and cares about public protection -- the California Attorney General's Office. As the civil action filed in New York federal court has indicated, Deutch is committing violations of laws other than just those related to the practice of law. Refocus the content of your complaints away from allegations related to unprofessional or unethical conduct by an attorney. Instead, view Deutch as you would any other business person and focus the complaints on her violations of various other laws such as the Corporations Code, the Business and Professions Code, the Penal Code, the Civil Code, and dozens of rules, regulations, and laws associated with the Internal Revenue Service and the state Franchise Tax Board.

Check out the Attorney General's website and you will likely find information there that applies to Deutch's conduct.

Give up on the State Bar. It is the most useless and unresponsive regulatory agency ever known to man.

Good luck.

To Carl from San Diego County - We were told NEVER to mention bankruptcy and "Dummy up" when some one asked us about it, we all know what the chapter laws were to some degree, yet we never told the prospect

AUTHOR: Telleroftruth - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, June 30, 2005

Point taken and made Carl, Bankruptcy CAN help in some instances. We were told NEVER to mention bankruptcy and "Dummy up" when some one asked us about it, we all know what the chapter laws were to some degree, yet we never told the prospect...are you kidding me we would NOT throw away business like that....especially with Roni telling us that the cost for each lead she was handing us daily was 20 dollars.....she stressed the importance of that cost to us, and would blow her top off when she saw someone selling 40 new clients a month and someone else getting 10 new clients a month....the one getting 10 clients would be ridiculed/hammered by Roni and threatened their jobs if they did not bring the number of new clients up to at least 20 or better.

Thank you Carl for your points and information to everyone that solicit's information on here.

Responding to Telleroftruth - attention from an attorney you know and trust is always better than going to a mill that just pushes paper.

AUTHOR: Carl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 25, 2005

There are laws that protect some of your assets when you file for bankruptcy. In the case of my client with the $300K in tax debt, he didn't have to give up ANY assets. Of course, he didn't have much anyway. He lived in an apartment and got to keep all of his clothes, his car, etc. So instead of having the IRS trying to garnish 25% of his wages, he has a small amount of debt to deal with.

Each client's situation must be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If a client stands to lose a home in Chapter 7 because of high equity, a Chapter 13 repayment plan might be better. In other cases, an OIC might work. But that is why personally attention from an attorney you know and trust is always better than going to a mill that just pushes paper.

Roni Lynn Deutch Federal Lawsuit Filed - Deutch's advertisements such as "pay the IRS $20"; "settle for pennies on the dollar" and "pay the IRS nothing" are false, misleading and deceptive.

AUTHOR: Randall - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 22, 2005

On May 18, 2005, Newman & Associates, P.C. ("Newman") filed a lawsuit against the Law Offices of Roni Lynn Deutch and Roni Lynn Deutch in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 05-CV-4789). The case has been assigned to the Honorable Miriam Goldman Cederbaum, who was the judge in the Martha Stewart case.

In the Complaint, Newman alleges that Roni Deutch's advertisements such as "pay the IRS $20"; "settle for pennies on the dollar" and "pay the IRS nothing" are false, misleading and deceptive.

Newman alleges that these advertisements are used to mislead reasonable consumers into believing that Roni Deutch can settle delinquent tax obligations for less than the full amount owed.

Newman also alleges that the misleading advertisements induce reasonable consumers into contacting Roni Deutch and once contacted, through a combination of false statements and deceptive acts, taxpayers are induced into engaging Roni Deutch and paying Roni Deutch substantial fees.

If you are a current employee, ex-employee or ex-customer of Roni Deutch and have information as to Roni Lynn Deutch's business practices please contact the lead attorney, Randall S. Newman. His contact information is as follows:

A Lot To Think About. The sales staff has been trained to tell potential clients that "we are a law firm, it is illegal for an attorney to use the word guarantee".

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 06, 2005

Fruit Roll Ups? Wolverines? Stop the madness people!

As to the question as to whether the word "assure" has been used by this company I can give a confident "yes" to this question as I am looking at a sales script, that was given to me by none other than Russell Deutch, as we speak. It states "I assure you Mrs.Johnson, we are very bottom line".

The sales staff has been trained to tell potential clients that "we are a law firm, it is illegal for an attorney to use the word guarantee". It is not illegal to use the word guarantee, it is illegal to make a guarantee.

I pose a question to "Angry in Burbank,CA". Why would a person who has already had good service from a company check on that company on this website? If Angry in Burbank, CA were really a satisfied client, they wouldn't be looking at this website unless this company is so successful to so many people that it is the talk of his neighborhood and he just has to read this website every now and then to relive the good times he had with his OIC experience, otherwise Angry in Burbank,CA would have no reason to be reading and posting here. I don't think Angry in Burbank,CA is a former client at all. I know they made JUICE in Burbank,CA but I didn't know they make BS. If "Angry in Burbank,CA" really was a satisfied client I hope that he settled his account "Scott free" and if you're marriage and your life are worth only $26K I'm glad they were saved.

People need to realize that we live in very strange times economically speaking. Hell, I even know of a young woman from Central America that just immigrated here a couple of years ago and is an unemployed housewife that is the sole borrower of almost $500k for a brand new custom home that's being built as we speak and her husband who's not a borrower just settled his tax debt with an Offer In Compromise. He did this while owning a brand new boat, an Audi and a Hummer so the qualifications for an OIC and the quality of the attorney that's used for it make a difference.

Carl in El Cahon,CA mentions bankruptcy. I was told to never mention that bankruptcy was an option, otherwise the potential client wouldn't hire us for the OIC. I explored the bankruptcy option with potential clients anyway because I need to sleep at night.

Nancy in Tacoma,WA makes some very sensible comments. Nancy, would you agree with me that it makes sense that the OIC people at the IRS are willing to help you every step of the way through the OIC process without trying to screw you? They will advise you, help you with the paperwork, and you will rest at night knowing that there is no tickery or questionable legal practices used on your tax solution.

I noticed that there is a lot of squabbling between employees and exemployees on this site. The employees seem to have no substance in their stance and the exemployees seem to feel that they were screwed really badly and that they feel that clients get screwed really badly. I think that if I were in upper management in this company I would have something about having training and some classes on how to treat people on my "to do" list. If you had disease you would try to cure it along with treating the symptoms. This company seems to just try to treat the symptoms.

We all need to be more helpful

AUTHOR: TellerofTruth - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 20, 2005

Hey Carl, it's great to see people chiming in on other options to help people in the world when it comes to settling financial debts that consumers go through. However, from what you have just stated in your post, the client you have will have to pay $5,109.00 that consists of your fee of 500, 209 filing fee, and 4,400.00 that could not be discharged in the Bankruptcynow the catch is that client also gives up all of their assets.. What's that worth?

An Offer in Compromise (if they qualify) would have them settle with all of the taxing agencies (which you are saying comes to about 210,000), and they would have to deal with the 70,000 on their own, Hell, they can even do a Chapter 13 after that and still possibly get out of some of that debt too, and still keep their assets.

I would rather pay 700 plus 4,000, then pay 500 (to you), and 209, then deal with 4,400 that could NOT be included in the bankruptcy, while keeping my assets intact. You make some great points but if we are really looking out for our clients and not the all mighty dollar then there are other ways to combine services to really make life easier for the people that come to us for help.

Lastly, you never said if the 4,400 that were still owed were from an income tax or an outstanding creditor's liability. If it's tax an offer in compromise will get rid of it, if it's creditors then it will be gone with a chapter 13. Nice work, but we have to look harder and deeper into our clients needs to see what else they can do to take the easiest route to helping them to accomplish the peace of mind they come to us looking for, even if we have to tell them the best course of action is to NOT hire us and to hire someone else.

Question for Angy and others... Does Ronnie Lynn Deutch ever counsel you on the option of bankruptcy or analyze whether or not your tax debt is dischargeable in bankruptcy?

AUTHOR: Carl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 19, 2005

For those of you that have that are happy with the services, I pose the following question: Does Ronnie Lynn Deutch ever counsel you on the option of bankruptcy or analyze whether or not your tax debt is dischargeable in bankruptcy?

One person had $26,000 in tax debt and allegedly paid $4,000 in legal fees and comprised the tax debt for $700. If the tax debt was dischargeable in bankruptcy, you would have paid a lot less in legal fees.

I have a client with nearly $280,000 in debt and less than $20,000 in assets. This includes more the $140,000 owed to the IRS and another $70,000 in taxes to two different states. All but $4400 of this debt is dischargabel in Chapter 7. My fee was $500 plus the $209 filing fee.

IRS rules - Check Carefully Before Applying for Offers in Compromise

AUTHOR: Nancy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 15, 2005

here is the rules straight from the IRS sight. Mostly what all these attorneys are trying to "push"s this offer in compromise stuff. READ this carefully. That is one reason so many people get in trouble, they don't read everything. so here it is, hopes this answers some questions.

Check Carefully Before Applying for Offers in Compromise

IR-2004-17, Feb. 3, 2004
WASHINGTON The Internal Revenue Service today issued a consumer alert advising taxpayers to beware of promoters' claims that tax debts can be settled for pennies on the dollar through the Offer in Compromise Program.

Some promoters are inappropriately advising indebted taxpayers to file an Offer in Compromise (OIC) application with the IRS. This bad advice costs taxpayers money and time. An Offer In Compromise is an agreement between a taxpayer and the IRS that resolves the taxpayer's tax debt. The IRS has the authority to settle, or "compromise," federal tax liabilities by accepting less than full payment under certain circumstances.

This program serves an important purpose for a select group of taxpayers. But we are increasingly concerned about unscrupulous promoters charging excessive fees to taxpayers who have no chance of meeting the program's requirements, said IRS Commissioner Mark W. Everson. We urge taxpayers not to be duped by high-priced promises.

The OIC may be considered only after other payment options have been exhausted. If taxpayers are unable to pay their taxes in full, there are other payment options, such as monthly installment agreements, that must be explored before an OIC can be submitted.

The IRS.gov Web site contains complete information on the collection process and payment options. Publication 594, The IRS Collection Process, also provides helpful information on the options available to taxpayers. Taxpayers also should review Form 656, Offer In Compromise, or Form 9465, Installment Agreement Request, to determine if they qualify for either payment program. Form 656 provides detailed instructions for submitting an offer and includes all of the necessary financial forms.

Some taxpayers may be exempt from the $150 OIC fee depending on income or whether the OIC is based solely on doubt as to tax liability. Taxpayers who claim the poverty guideline exception must certify their eligibility using Form 656-A, Income Certification for Offer in Compromise Application Fee. The poverty guideline exception applies only to individuals.

All publications and forms are available at IRS.gov or taxpayers may order copies by calling 1-800-829-3676. All publications and forms are available free. Taxpayers may feel they need the assistance of a qualified tax professional to prepare and submit an OIC. Taxpayers may contact local or state tax professional associations for enrolled agents, CPAs or attorneys to locate someone in their geographic area that has the education and experience to assist them.
Related Items:

Offer in Compromise

If taxpayers are unable to pay a tax debt in full , and an installment agreement is not an option, then they may be able to take advantage of the offer in compromise (OIC) program. Generally, the OIC program should be viewed as a last resort, after taxpayers have explored all other available payment options. The IRS resolves less than one percent of all balance due accounts through the OIC program.

What is an Offer in Compromise?

An offer in compromise is an agreement between a taxpayer and the IRS that resolves the taxpayer's tax debt. The IRS has the authority to settle, or "compromise," federal tax liabilities by accepting less than full payment under certain circumstances. A tax debt can be legally compromised for one of the following reasons:

Doubt as to Liability - Doubt exists that the assessed tax is correct.
Doubt as to Collectibility - Doubt exists that you could ever pay the full amount of tax owed.
Effective Tax Administration - There is no doubt the tax is correct, and no doubt that the amount owed could be collected, but an exceptional circumstance exists that allows the IRS to consider a taxpayer's OIC. To be eligible for a compromise on this basis, the taxpayer must demonstrate that collection of the tax would create an economic hardship or would be unfair and inequitable.

Taxpayers should beware of promoters' claims that tax debts can be settled for "pennies on the dollar" through the Offer in Compromise Program. Check the OIC requirements to see if an offer in compromise is right for you .

Roni Deutch Saved My Marriage

AUTHOR: Angy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, January 15, 2005

I had IRS problem to the tune of $26,000 last year. I called Roni Deutch's office and left a message and a very nice man spent over an hour with me on the phone studying my finances and coaching me through my difficulty. I paid them less than $4000 over the next few months and now I have $700 to pay IRS.

Thank You Roni Deutch! You saved my marriage. AND MY LIFE. I will refer anybody who has tax issues to your company.

Send in the Clowns. It always seems to amaze me as to how these Happy, and Forever Grateful current employees always address the former employees about their comments instead of addressing the original complaints made

AUTHOR: TellerofTruth - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 13, 2005

Lets get right to the bottom of this last report, you are a LIAR!!!! No one working for Roni would EVER come out on this forum and say anything negative for fear of losing his or her job. You have given enough about yourself to know that you are kissing her arse, could you possibly be Randy S.? You play golf with Roni, have gotten Steve's job, and been heralded as the prodigal son so why would you ever have anything to say negatively about this woman?

It always seems to amaze me as to how these Happy, and Forever Grateful current employees always address the former employees about their comments instead of addressing the original complaints made in here by current clients who are the real people you are trying to appeal to!

Lets look at what you are writing piece by piece I am not a disgruntled FORMER employee with his or her panties in a bunch - and I'm writing this to bring a new ray of sunshine to those who have doubts of the character of Roni Deutch or the quality of the Company. Remember Randy we started this after we read what Greg Flahive (FlaJIVE) or Matt Richie was writing as a response to the original complaints put out here by the CLIENTS of your wonderful firm.

Next How dare you disgrace such a terrific person and bring negativity to such a wonderful establishment! I, as an employee, have never seen such an uplifting employer nor have I ever seen such a supportive staff and family of people in all my 45 years of twirling around on this ball we call Earth. Ahemexcuse me while I clear my throatcough bullshit coughaah that's better. You never worked on J street, never saw the mean streak Roni possesses, and was never threatened by her tirades. Ask several Tax Directors that are still employed by this firm.

Here's another We help those that require our services and that is what it's ALL about. It's truly a shame that these negative people are maliciously trying to sling mud here at someone who has accomplished so much and have built such a terrific organization., ok, what about the CLIENTS you butt kisser? Like this one; My husband and I paid these shysters $4,500. because they pretty much guaranteed they could help us. What we got was shafted. We filled out tons upon tons of paperwork. After the paperwork had been filled out, we filled out some more, most of it duplicates of what we had just sent. In the meantime, the IRS kept screwing us along with the lawyer. I think they have some sort of agreement.
We were promised this would be settled for about $2,400.00. Needless to say that didn't happen. I was told we would be getting a packet on what our options are. We never received anything.
I called to find out when we would be getting the packet, and was told that we are on our own. You would think for that kind of money, they would at least follow through to the end.
This is my first experience dealing with lawyers and it has left a nasty taste in my mouth. Lesson learned: Do some research before you get a lawyer. Did you respond in a timely positive manner to her? NOT! There are many of these people on this site and hundreds more who will say NOTHING because of fear, intimidation, or just plain old not knowing how to go after a bad law firm that did not do what they ASSURED them they could do.

Speaking of which, there was a report that some of the great people you work with responded to by saying they NEVER use the word guarantee, or assure, and when some of the former employees said it was absolutely true that the word Assure was used we were ridiculed, now here you are using it along with the other catch phrases Russ had us and you still using. Example; Roni's great, Russell's the funniest man alive, and the company is a terrific place to work and grow as a person. For anybody reading this and having doubts about using this law firm to help with your tax situation (let me assure you: We can help you! We're very bottom line -- and VERY GOOD at what we do.).( ) = catch phrases. What does this word you are using mean? Here you go -

assure P Pronunciation Key ( -sh r )
tr.v. assured, assuring, assures
1. To inform positively, as to remove doubt: assured us that the train would be on time.
2. To cause to feel sure: assured her of his devotion.
3. To give confidence to; reassure.
4. To make certain; ensure: Nothing in history assures the success of our civilization (Herbert J. Muller).
5. To make safe or secure.
6. Chiefly British. To insure, as against loss.
Really love Number 6
Next, Your shot at posturing with this line; And remember, folks...this is the internet - these cowards who started this made it all up!, now these cowards you are speaking of are the people you and your fellow Tax Directors call on each and every day to try and SELL the law firm to, this month alone you are trying to get 600 cowards to hire you!!! Even your Cleveland Brown nose can see that one.

Now, here is a sample of the Greatest place on earth to work at and their dealings with clients on this website; As you are aware, we advertise our services to the public. Taxpayers with tax problems respond to these advertisements by contacting our office. A representative of our office then contacts the inquiring taxpayer to offer more information about our services, and to gather some initial information about the taxpayer's tax problem and current financial circumstances. If the taxpayer indicates an interest in retaining the firm during this initial telephone contact or contacts, the representative will gather a substantial amount of financial information in order to determine whether the taxpayer's financial circumstances and particular tax problem are such that we can help the taxpayer by negotiating either an OIC or an Installment Agreement.
The extensive client interview, which occurs before retention, is one key to our success. We have successfully negotiated approximately 12,000 Offers in Compromise on behalf of taxpayers. Our representatives are carefully trained and therefore have a very clear idea about the financial profile that will likely result in a successful OIC. As such, the firm self-selects only those clients on whose behalf the firm believes it will be successful.

Greg - Sacramento, California
U.S.A.

This firm has been in existence since 1990, which means she has now been in business for 15 years, and you have successfully negotiated 12,000 Offers in Compromise!!!! Yet you boast to getting an excess of 500 new clients per month (600 this month) If we average it out and say 400 a month, you have gotten money from about 72,000 people or more in the last 15 years, at the average ticket price of 3,000.00 per client thats $216,000,000.00 in total revenue in the last 15 years!! Why not say on your commercial Hi, My name is Roni Deutch and I will be successful in settling your tax debt 16.7% of the time, but I still want you to send me your money so I can make almost a quarter of a billion dollars off of you! HOW ABOUT THAT!!! Greg Flahive himself opened that can of worms up on this post: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff84244.htm

Try telling 500 of the 600 people you get this month that you cannot help them, then come out here and tell people what you said earlier about; How dare you disgrace such a terrific person and bring negativity to such a wonderful establishment! I, as an employee, have never seen such an uplifting employer nor have I ever seen such a supportive staff and family of people in all my 45 years of twirling around on this ball we call Earth. I'm proud to be a part of the law firm and I'm happy to have met Roni. I never tried to disgrace Roni, She disgraces herself!!!

Finally, some posturing for me, you said in conclusion; Hell...I could be a fake! In fact, I could be a morbidly obese iron worker with a squirrel fetish eating garbage right now and smoking my own SH*T., deep inside you really are that Randy, or Russ, maybe when you come out of the Winnie the Pooh Halloween costume, you won't be silly, billy, willy all the day. I have said over and over and over and over again in here the Firm DOES HELP PEOPLEyet they screw a whole lot more than they help!!

Get it together people and stop sending these sad sacks out here who are trying to save their precious income by trying to discredit what the honest people on here have to say about their experience with the LAW OFFICE of RONI LYNN DEUTCH, and please try to help your clients who come on here as a last resort from you NOT helping them.

What's All This BrewHaHa?? Ha Ha Ha!

AUTHOR: Larry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 13, 2005

After reading each and every posting in regarding Roni Deutch's company, I cannot, with good conscience, NOT chime in. I am a CURRENT employee of The Law Offices Of Roni Deutch and I have not posted anything on this forum until now. I am not a disgruntled FORMER employee with his or her panties in a bunch - and I'm writing this to bring a new ray of sunshine to those who have doubts of the character of Roni Deutch or the quality of the Company. Whoever these malicious former employees are who have brought this scathing nonsense, I would like to bind them in FruitRoll-ups and feed them to wolverines. How dare you disgrace such a terrific person and bring negativity to such a wonderful establishment! I, as an employee, have never seen such an uplifting employer nor have I ever seen such a supportive staff and family of people in all my 45 years of twirling around on this ball we call Earth. I'm proud to be a part of the law firm and I'm happy to have met Roni - and even if she fires me I will thank her for everything she has built and I will kiss her full on the lips! We help those that require our services and that is what it's ALL about. It's truly a shame that these negative people are maliciously trying to sling mud here at someone who has accomplished so much and have built such a terrific organization.

Roni's great, Russell's the funniest man alive, and the company is a terrific place to work and grow as a person. For anybody reading this and having doubts about using this law firm to help with your tax situation - let me assure you: We can help you! We're very bottom line -- and VERY GOOD at what we do. And remember, folks...this is the internet - these cowards who started this made it all up! Hell...I could be a fake! In fact, I could be a morbidly obese iron worker with a squirrel fetish eating garbage right now and smoking my own SH*T.

Sincerely,

Ed Foont
employee of Roni Deutch

Roni And Russell Deutch Are Complete Liars With No Conscience

AUTHOR: PreviousEmployee - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 17, 2004

For anyone reading this that has been in contact with Roni Deutch's company you may read some things that ring familiar.

If you've been told (especially near the end of the month before the "tax director's commission cutoff) that they only bring on a specific amount of clients and you need to pay a retainer now or you'll miss the boat, you've been lied to. There is no limit and Greg Flahive has said that in numerous meetings.

If you've been told that Roni will agressively handle your case you've been lied to. Roni doesn't handle cases except for her family's cases in which in the case of her step brother Scott Juceam she advised Scott to transfer his assets to his then fiance and also gave Scott's paychecks to Lorena and Lorena's paychecks to Scott to make it look like Scott made less money and therefore would qualify for the Offer In Compromise (this is all information that Scott Juceam bragged to me about).

You can tell when Russell deutch is lying by seeing the movement of his lips. Russell is in my opinion a pathological liar and has no conscience. I feel that I was fired because I didn't attend a play that he was in and when asked why I didn't attend I told him that I wasn't interested in the theater. I was soon fired.

If they tell you that it takes 8 to 10 months for an OIC to go through they lied again. If they told you that their success rate is 85% they lied again. I brought on over 300 clients while I worked there and was notified of only 4 clients settling their debts to the IRS and they all took well over 18 months.

Roni has been reputed to sexually harass female employees and then fire them after they turned down her advances. She's so rich that other attorneys fear going up against her and these poor ex-employees can't even retain attorneys to help them set things right for them.

All in all, these people are there for Roni and her family to be world travelers at the expense of your misery and I wouldn't cross the street to spit on them. If you need to settle with the IRS they will do it for you for free. They will work in your best interest and they will talk to you when you call as Roni and her staff will only talk to you to collect payments from you. Roni is scum in my opinion.

Roni pays them off!!!

AUTHOR: Telleroftruth - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 22, 2004

There are no visible complaints on the BBB, or State Bar due to the fact that Roni pays off the clients who complain to those bureau's. She is very interested in protecting her reputation/image to those enteties that can do her harm, so, if you have a complaint....you should contact the BBB, Dunn & Bradstreet, or the State Bar and you will get farther than you would by exposing Roni on this website.

That is the reason you will NEVER see a complaint from the State Bar, or the B.B.B.. She also uses intimidation tactics to silence her ripped off clients. She has had in the past sent people to her angry clients home's to keep them quiet about her bad practices.......you can NEVER imagine the tirals and tribulations she has put her clientele/ex-employees through to get over on people in business.

If you go to this firm to get help, be wary, and be afraid, be very afraid, for she is a vampire that prays on the weak and runs her empire with scare tactics. If the people that work for her would be honest, they would co-sign with everyone that puts comments in here rather than kissing her a*s telling you alkl how "Wonderful" she is. This in and of itself is a rip off.

Her current employees refer potential clients to www.baddealings.com to transfer the spotlight from her to another company.

Help people Roni, and stop the bullshyt, people are paying big bucks for your lifestyle, you need to keep up your end of the deal and help them.

Why are there no BBB or State Bar of CA complaints?? corruption and ...?

AUTHOR: Scott - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 15, 2004

I do not understand why there are no "official" complaints filed against the Law Offices of Roni Deutch with the BBB or the State Bar of CA? I too have been mislead-deceived-fleeced by this company. With all of the complaints I have read on the internet - how is it their official records remain clean?

AUTHOR: Telleroftruth - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 02, 2004

I recently noticed Ms. Deutch stopped using her middle name on her commercials...THIS SITE IS HAVING AN AFFECT ON HER. This is not meant to deceive you, only to give you the required information you seek.

WHO DID YOUR TAXES??

AUTHOR: DAVE - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 17, 2002

Well here is the thing I work for a E.A. (Enroled Agent). We prepair taxes for a lot of people with problems. You get what you pay for. Try talking to a paid preparer. We find that in most cases problems arise when people try doing their taxes themselves. It is worth the money to pay somone that knows the laws and deductions in the first place. If I were you I would look for a preparer that would try to amind your previous years and the compermise.

Too late for you judging by the date of your posting but a message to anyone else.

Screw these Tax Debt companies You will pay $Mega Bucks

FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!

All they do is exactly what you can do which is fill in a form called an Offer of Compromise its an easy OBVIOUS form to fill in.

The tax Debt company all they will do is ask you all the questions on the form fill it in get you to sign it and mail that puppy in,

$5000+ Not Bad for 5 Mins Work

Whats on the form is nothing you can lie to, it asks exactly what your assets and debts are etc.

Easy questions I am sure you know if you own a car or not!

There is no trick or special slick way around it so if a lawyer tells you there is tell him to piss off.

You add up your assets what ever that total is add $50 that is your offer to the IRS.

DONT TRICK THEM

If you have 10000 in assets (cars etc) that is what the IRS could collect if they had to so that is what you offer plus $50.

The IRS will respond after they have verified your statements if you dont lie they will accept if you owe $40000 and rising with no hope of paying $10000 is a nice deduction.

You DONT need a Lawyer for this.

If you still feel you need a lawyer call me I could always do with a couple of grand for doing the bleedin obvious!
