Just received a phone call from my mom stating that there was a lien put on there home. For $35000.00 Reason for this is because this law firm took them for a large ride of $4300.00 saying they can help.

They paid 500.00 dollars over the phone and then $475.00 each and every month until paid. They can not contact anyone there (hmm! wonder why)

They never received any statements showing what this money went to. They also talked with irs and they said nothing was filed on my parents behalf in a Offers in Compromise. It seems this firm or i should say this Rip-off artist in the worse way needs to ad the words i will steal you money.

It seems there last payment made to this law firm was made on 12/25/2002 (merry x-mas) and now they have a levy on the house. My father filled every d**n thing this law firm had thrown at him and paid the updated taxes faithfully. Now what does he do he was looking at retiring in a few months but i guess not.

Now from what i know i do not give a HOLY! d**n on who comes and trys to protect there boss or employee. ALL THE CHECKS WAS WHERE WRITTEN DIRECTLY TO THIS FIRM. So from my view this firm and everyone associated to them are responsable.

If anyone at this firm which from what i have read knows this is happening they all, i mean all should lose there lic. There is no difference in someone knowing another person robbs a bank and does nothing.

The funny part is my parents cpa said this should of only cost $500.00 This cpa i wish i had his name even took the time to write a letter to receive a refund. But no go! Who would give one being dishonest like this.

I ADDED THE NAME TO THIS REPORT BECAUSE THAT NAME WAS STAMPED ON ALMOST EVERY PAPER THEY NEEDED TO FILL OUT!
