Roof Care Group Half Off coupon from daughter. Big surprise for an elderly mom to have gutters cleaned and areas blown free of debris!!! 15 minutes after doofus showed up, he was gone. I spent two hours cleaning up his nasty mess. Muddy, filthy roof debris all over my three porches, my patio furniture is ruined, my bushes and trees have gunk all over them! What a nice surprise! Roof Care claims I "wont be dissappointed" (that's the spelling on their website!) Should be a clue as to quality of work. Daughter bought me a Half Off Depot gutter cleaning (189.00 value) as a gift for her elderly mom who cannot do much physical labor. After being given a 7/22 appointment, the doofus rep showed up 7/20. 15 minutes of whatever he did, he was gone.
When I saw my deck porch, I cried. It took me two hours to sweep (no blower) the muddy roof debris off. My patio furniture is ruined. My front and bottom level porches were just as bad. My detached garage was not touched- another mess for me! I am so angry! Avoid these creeps- they do not know what they are doing!

If you did not pay for clean up, how can you expect that they WOULD clean up. It sounds like they did what was needed and nothing more. Im sure your a nice person and all, but ppl dont work for free. Cleaning would be work. If all they were told to do was put up your gutters, then thats ALL THEY WILL DO!!. You cannot expect ANYONE anymore to do more then they are paid to do. That ship has sailed. Consumers have abused that little value added service to the point that ppl will get fired if they do more then contracted. Kinda sucks you have to clean it up, but it could be worse, you could have had to put them up yourself.
