Roof Top investments run by Brett Young and Lori Young will sell you a bill of goods. They will tell you how they have done 100s of house flips and that they can make money for you.
Once you get into a property you will find that all they care about is taking your money. The work they do on the property will be substandard and will take much longer than they said it would. It will cost you holding cost for them not getting things done on time.
Once finished at an over budget price they will list the house and it will sit. Brett will have every excuses in the book why it is not selling other than he did a crappy job on the rehab.
When you do finally sell the property there will be little or no profit for you. You may even have a lost but Brett and Lori will have make 1,000s from you and you will have wasted time and money.
Stay away from these two, or risk losing money. There are many better people to work with.

Once a agian Brett is defending himself.
He will do that to the end, when your project with him is loosing money. He will never tell you that his workmanship is not up to par and that is why you can not get full price.
He will only cry about how he has worked so hard at selling your property on the web and that he is not making any money.
BS he dosen't makes money in less you do, he makes it on the purchase, on the rehab, and on the sell. If you as the investor makes any money you are lucky.
There are a lot of good and bad people to put your money with. You can do much better than putting it with Brett Young and Rooftop.

I don't know who this is I've done 100's of Flips have no idea who this is. I believe it is my competition. I also which you would call me direct if you have any questions. I do not make money unless my client makes Money. This is probably Real Wealth Network that makes sure people does not make money .
