Signed contract with Roofing Analytics in July 2009. Was told it would take approx. 3 weeks for insurance to be filed and adjusters to appraise my roof. Called in September, new person assigned to case, nothing was filed with insurance, need to sign papers again. Called in October, noone knows whats going on with my claim, would take another 3 weeks for adjuster to be notified. Called in November and also filed a compliant with BBB. Claim assigned to another new person, noone knows what is going on with my claim again. Owner calls me, still doesn't know what is going on with my claim, first he says insurance denied the claim so it has to go to an appraiser, then he precedes to tell me no claim was filed that the homeowner (me) has to file the claim, then again he tells me he is going to take the company off my insurance claim. I asked him how would he take himself off the claim if it was never filed (I didn't file it) I was under the impression Roofing Analytics was filing, that is who I assigned it to when I signed the contract! This company has no idea what they are doing! Their customer service is terrible, communication is terrible. Total ripoff!!!!

I failed to follow just what you mean

Currently I am considering signing a contract with Roofing Analytics in Houston, TX. In the process of conducting an informed research of the company I found this "interesting" report. I tried my hardest to follow the dribbling of the English language and made up words but found myself further confused. What I fail to understand is the process in which you attempt to explain. Why would you "put up" with a company "ignoring you, your property and your every wish" for close to 90 days? Why not find a new company? You mention a BBB complaint, yet you fail to illustrate your rousing success of said claim. Was it successful or were you just bantering? Seems to me that the "A rating" of Roofing Analytics maintained through your storm of unsubstantiated, ad-homonym attacks. After reading your issues, you have led me to believe you are either 1) a disgruntled individual; 2) a competitor; 3) former disgruntled employee. Please establish real credibility with other homeowners on your future ventures of mud-slinging. These include: facts, actual dates, telling what happened in a concise, chronological, well thought out and edited fashion. By exclaiming "Rip Off," are you insinuating Roofing Analytics took your money, or was that just more fun talk? How would your single experience prove different than so many other seeming normal Americans who have used this company and had a positive experience? Are you the only person who sees Roofing Analytics for "what it is," thus some momentous, great rip off scheme, one so sinister as to have a fake BBB "A rating?"
I think not.
