Room to Go Citi Bank, GE Money Debt Security PURE SCAM CREDIT INSURANCE ADDED EVEN IF YOU SAY "NO" ORLANDO , Florida

I purchased a package from Rooms to Go for a free TV I went to brandsmart to find out the TV is no longer made they offered me a upgraded replacement ok fine. I was in the showroom I "declined" the credit insurance. My first bill bill came in  23.71 for debt security. I called GE Money they said no problem we will take it off your bill. I did not think twice they seems to be a reputable company. 3 months later they are still charging me. I called the number was told we will cancell it. If I want a refund or credit, I have to wait for the billing company to call me back in 5-10 days. The last time I tried to call to get a credit I was on hold for 30 minutes to try to get a credit. There little doubt in this is by design in hopes you will give up and they keep the money. It does not matter that I have it in writting I declined they do not care. PURE RIP OFF
