Do yourself a favor and never go at this store. Any of their location. They are totally unprofessional. We order an Ottoman on Oct-4. Was told pickup can be done by Oct-17 or 18. Two weeks for an ottoman. But we said OK.

Went on 18th they said why you did not call. Go back and only come after calling. Its not ready. Called them few times on Oct-21,22  but not ready.

Finally Oct-25 friday they said come its ready. Went to pickup and they asked me who you talk to. After an hour they said sorry we did mistake its not ready. I saw one lady crying as she was promised her stuff will be ready but no even her stuff was not ready. While she was crying they were laughing in office on her. 

I said what should I do. They said come back monday we will have it ready. So I called monday OCt-28 still not ready.

I called customer service again today on NOV-1 friday and she said it went to wrong customer. I called again after 5 minute and spoke to different lady. She said this is a special order and not ready yet. I asked for refund. As I am biggest stupid person to pay full deposit. 

She said go to store where you bought. They will put in request for refund and after few days you can come pick cheque. I paid from my debit card but she said no we only issue cheue.

So everybody don't think I have all time in world to type this. Just imagine how pissed I am to write all this down.

The day I went to pickup my Ottoman I saw that lady crying I had tears in my eyes as she had a gathering in her house and wanted to surprise her husband with new dining table.
