Roomsstore Went out of business without giving me my money Mesquite, Texas

I went into the roomstore to shop for living room furniture in April 2012 unaware that they were going out of business I put a living room set in layaway I wasn't really sure if I wanted the furniture but input money downwith assurance from the csr that I could cancel and getmy moneyback anytime

I went back in a couple of days later to cancel and the same csr that had toldme thati could get my money back cancelled and told me they would have to mail me a check in 2 weeks I was like wow that's not what you told me

So I left 2 weeks passes and I started calling the store only toxins out. They had gone out of business so I called corporate they said I woul get refund I was in the process of moving so I gave them new address

I've been waiting since April 19,2012 I still haven't received my refund I call every other day for a new Story please someone help me
