I can't believe this company is getting away with their criminal and fraudualnt billing practices which are well documented all over this site and all over the internet.

The CEO of this company is John Shriber and his name is everywhere online as a thief, criminal, and fraudulant business man who ripped off thousands of hard working people just trying to find a apartments and homes to live in. 

My situation is the exact same as everyone else.  I found a listing on Craigslist for a great deal on an apartment and the link in the listing brought me to Roomster, whch i thought was part of craigslist (it is not).  So I entered all my inforamtion on Roomster and started a 3 day trail.  Then I get billed after just 2 days for a full month of the service!  First i tried to call customer service and that was a joke.  There is no one at the other end of the line and the phone messages just keep saying to email support.  And emailing support was an even bigger joke becuase I think the system is automated because all i kept getting was strange replies that didn't really answer my specific questions.  After about 20 back and forth emails, I final get someone who I know is a real person (becuase they responded to specific questions).  Whoever this "customer service" representative is, they are the rudest, nastiest, mean person to ever work in customer service---they were not serving this customer anything but mean remarks.  

The worst part of this all is that trying to cancel your account is impossible.  Its is impossible to find the cancel or delete account page and this must have been designed this way so the company can keep taking our money. 

My advice is stay far away from Roomster becuase the company is oblivioulsy a front for stealing innocent peoples money.
