Paid $29.99 on a one time charge for "instant rooting for my android device" with a 30-day money back guarantee if their services were not 100% to my satisfaction. Filed a ticket on rooting options from one of their "techs", received one email with incoherent directions and was unable to then root my device. Next day after purchasing membership I requested a refund. Received only one email back and was told to wait up to 14 business days for refund to show in my records. Nearly 18 days later with numerous follow up questions on my part for the refund- no communication on their end. This company is a joke and will now try and claim through my bank. Beware of this company, people work very hard for their money and it is appalling to have businesses that run these kind of operations.
